Shipping & Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Yarn Items: Orders purchased through the Lovely Days Creations online store that are in stock will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out. Orders purchased through the pre-order function for out-of-stock items will be processed within 3-4 weeks and shipped out. Customized orders can be submitted through the website via the order form or by contacting the business directly via phone, email, or chat. Once an order is taken, please allow 5-7 business days for product production. Special ordered products may increase order processing time to 2-4 weeks (this includes re-ordering out-of-stock colored yarn in our collection and new color yarn not in our collection). Orders submitted by order form will be notified that their order has been accepted and is starting production. The business may reach out to the customer to further discuss if something is not readily available or if the product needs to be specially ordered. The customer will be sent a notification that the product is finished by receiving an estimate with the final product pictures attached for review. Once the estimate has been approved, an invoice will be sent for the transaction on the final sale (please note that this is a manual process, you may not receive an invoice right after approving an estimate). After the invoice is paid, the item and then it will be shipped. ​All payments must be made before shipment. 

Any time before the payment of the final sale, the customer or business has the right to deny the requested order for any reason. There is no contract between the customer and the business for finishing a custom yarn item. After payment and delivery of the item please see our return policy for more information.

​Apparel Items: Orders purchased through the Lovely Days Creations online store will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipped out. Large orders may take longer. Fulfillment times are an estimated average, not a guarantee. All orders are made on demand. Customized orders can be submitted through the website via the order form or by contacting the business directly via phone, email, or chat. Once an order is taken, please allow 3-5 business days for design production. The customer will be sent a notification that the design product is finished by receiving an estimate with mockup pictures attached for review. Once the estimate has been approved, an invoice will be sent for the transaction on the item and then it will be shipped. All payments must be made before shipment. 

Any time before the payment of the final sale, the customer or business has the right to deny the requested order for any reason. There is no contract between the customer and the business for finishing the custom apparel item. After payment, all custom sales are final. Once an item has been delivered please see our return policy for more information.

STORE PICKUP

We do NOT offer in-store pickup at this time. Lovely Days Creations LLC does not currently have a physical storefront business. Yarn items are made from the business's owner's home and apparel items are completed through a third party.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Wilton, WI

Yarn Items: No set local delivery option is available at this time. Those interested in a custom order or order through us directly (not online), contact us if you are within 20 miles of Wilton, WI, and are interested in a local delivery option. We may accommodate local delivery on a case-by-case basis. No local delivery option is available through the online store.

Apparel Items: No local delivery option is available.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Yarn Items: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after production using USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping providers. A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 is charged for chunky knit blankets and pet beds, $5.00 shipping fee is charged for small chunky knit blankets (baby blankets and XL Lovey's) and rope-knit scarves. These flat-rate shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Customers who spend $200.00 or more will be offered free shipping. 

​Apparel Items: Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Generally, orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after production. Shipping may take up to 10-14 days depending on order size and product selection. A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged and displayed at checkout. Carries like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL are used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do NOT offer international shipping. Only shipping within the United States.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Yarn Items: We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the product is unused and is in its original condition. The customer is to use the original packaging the item was sent in, use the business address listed for the return address (25375 Midway Ave. Wilton, WI 54670), and use their desired carrier to complete the return. Once the business receives the package we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs or additional fees. We do not offer exchanges, but we can provide a new product if the product received is not exceptional to the customer. The original product must be shipped back before the start of any new order request and the refund process completed. 

​In the event that an order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lovelydayscreations@outlook.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Apparel Items: If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at lovelydayscreations@outlook.com with the order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the return request (why you are looking to return the item). We address these on a case-by-case basis. You must notify us within 25 days of the item being received or delivered to have the return request reviewed. 

The listed return address on all orders will be 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019. This address is for product return only. Please be sure to connect with us before returning your item otherwise the return process may not be successful in completing a refund or exchange.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please be sure to contact the carrier to attempt to locate the lost package. If you still have not received the package, email us at lovelydayscreations@outlook.com.
